  • Question - We have bought tickets for a concert, but we accidentally tore them. We tryed to fix them with a tape, but the tickets looked battered. Then we decided to iron them and the tickets became black. How can you help us?
  • Answer - "ATTENTION - effect of the sun or heat may damage the ticket!!!" - this is written on every ticket. If a ticket is damaged, it may be replaced after an expertise. Only if you are able to bring the damaged ticket, duplicates are produced.
     
  • Question - I have purchased a ticket for an event from hand to hand. What security elements are there on the ticket? Can I come to your office in order you to ensure me that the ticket is not a fraud?
  • Answer - Ticket relase, as well as purchasing tickets from hand to hand is forbidden by law, therefore we do not support it in no way and such a service is not provided. We ask you to purchase tickets only in the official sales points of BILESU SERVISS!  
 
  • Question - When purchasing tickets in your internet shop, I chose the courier delivery service. When will the tickets be delivered to me? 
  • Answer - Customer receives the ordered ticket(s) after 5 business days either from Bilesu Serviss box-office, Riga Congress centre or by the courier service at a specified address (available on business days from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) after payment. The courier has no right to accept the payment for the order from a client.
  • Question - Why am I not able to purchase tickets on your web site a few days before the concert?
  • Answer - Internet sales are closed 7 days before the event takes place in order for administration to be able to check the payment and to provide the delivery in case one is chosen. I-ticket sales are opened up to 2 hours before the event starting time. The payment for i-tickets is possible only by particular internet banks.
  • Question - Why wasn't it possible to purchase tickets at your sales points yesterday - there were many vacant seats in the concerthall?
  • Answer - The number of tickets to be sold in the net of BIĻEŠU SERVISS is determined by the promoter of the event.
  • Question - Is it true that this year the group XX is going to perform in Latvia? If it is, than where will the tickets be sold and how much will they cost?
  • Answer - BIĻEŠU SERVISS is engaged in ticket sale, not in concert organizing. BIĻEŠU SERVISS cannot confirm or disaffirm information about performance of any group if the tickets for this performance are not sold in our net.
